A: An AWG (sometimes also called an "Air Water Generator") pulls moisture directly from the air, condensing it into water and purifying it through advanced multi-stage filtration and UV sterilization. It’s like how droplets form on a cold glass — just on a far larger and more controlled scale.
A: Absolutely. Our systems filter out particles down to 0.3 microns and include multiple purification stages, plus UV light sterilization. The resulting water often exceeds standard municipal quality.
A: It’s fresh, clean, and free from chemicals, heavy metals, and bacteria — pure water, just as nature intended.
A: Not at all. The atmosphere holds an immense reserve of water vapor. Even if billions of people used AWGs, it would tap only a fraction of global moisture — and the hydrological cycle continuously replenishes it.
A: Yes. As long as the system is plugged in, it automatically circulates and re-sterilizes the stored water, keeping it pure and safe.
A: Cooler water stays fresher longer and inhibits bacterial growth. It also tastes more refreshing.
A: That concern is mainly tied to contaminated source water with nitrates or heavy metals. Air-derived water avoids those issues entirely, since it starts clean and stays clean.
A: Our AWGs use a multi-layer air filtration system (including anti-static and optional HEPA) and water filters such as PP, GAC, UF, T33, BIO, plus UV sterilization for both the water and collection tanks. The exact type and kind of filter can be found one the product page.
A: Ideally outside, where the humidity is higher and the production is higher. But the AWG can aso used indoor in e.g. kitchens or laundries, preferable well ventilated areas as a constant flow of fresh air is beneficial.
A: Optimal operation is between 15°C and 35°C with humidity above 50%. The higher the humidity, the more (and quicker) water it can produce.
A: Models range from around 20L up to thousands of liters daily, depending on size, location (e.g. inside or outside), humidity, and temperature.
A: In idle state, it's extremely low. The exact power consumption differs per model. On the individual model page you can find the maximum power consumption per device. For example, the 20L model consumes a maximum of 1Kw per hour. But only while the AWG is on / creating drinking water and both the heater and cooler are on. You will experience that over a typical day the actual every day power consumption is maybe half of that.
A: Similar to a household refrigerator — around 45 dB.
A: With proper care, 15+ years is common. Compressors can be replaced to extend life even longer.
A: Pre/post carbon filters typically every 3-6 months, TCR every 6-9 months, and RO membranes yearly. UV lights last around 1,5 years (± 13,200 hours). But the livespan of the filters strongly depend on the quality and purity of the air. There are clients who have used the same filters for over a year and stil have great results / quality drinkingwater.

A: Yes — the machine automatically circulates stored water once daily to maintain freshness, using very little energy.
A: Not at all. There’s no plumbing needed — just a power outlet. We provide guides and remote support.
A: Yes, it’s designed for continuous operation, which helps keep water sterile thanks to the UV lights.
A: Homes, offices, hotels, resorts, factories, military sites, mines, remote locations, disaster relief areas, and anywhere clean water access is limited.
